If action is taken on any items on this agenda, <br /> they will be scheduled for an upcoming City Council meeting. A quorum of the City Council may be in attendance <br /> of a Planning Commission meeting to hear comments made, though no action or deliberation of the Council will <br /> occur. <br /> New Business <br /> 1.
