Per your request for the City approval process, you have our approval to continue with
your planned construction activities. A summary of our follow-up conversations is below, and
references the email sent on May 19.
1) Ryan Cos. confirmed that the pedestrian curb ramps would meet Mn/DOT Standard Plate 7036F,
including truncated dome panels (2' deep across the full width of the ramp's flat apron).
2) Ryan Cos. clarified that the current phases of construction will affect the existing regional trail
only at parking lot entrances and pedestrian curb ramp areas. The remaining segments of existing
trailway will not be accessed or disturbed during construction.
Thanks - it has been nice working with you,
Brent Christensen, EIT
Graduate Engineer
Three Rivers Park District
3000 Xenium Lane N
Plymouth, MN 55441
phone 763.559.6762
fax 763.557.5248
web threeriversparkdistrict.org
Please consider the environment before printing this email.
From: Brent Christensen
Sent: Monday, May 19, 2008 2:30 PM
To: 'Clark Lohr'
Cc: Del Miller; Amy Gurski; Brent Christensen
Subject: RE: Plan Review; Crystal Bay Business Center (US Highway 12 & Old Crystal Bay Road)
Clark,
Thank you for the opportunity to review.
