2. REQUESTED AMENDMENT. The Developer has requested an amendment to <br /> the Development Agreement to eliminate the requirement to remove the existing metal building <br /> that is on Lot 1, Block 2. <br /> 3. CITY APPROVAL. The Orono City Council has granted approval for such <br /> Amendment after meeting with the Applicant at a regularly scheduled meeting on November 26, <br /> 2012. <br /> 4. AMENDMENT. Subparagraph 20E of the Development Agreement is hereby <br /> amended to read: <br /> E.
