This restriction <br />will not apply to office uses. <br />(2) Normal business <br />hours for establishments legally <br />licensed to sell intoxicating beverages <br />shall be 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM unless <br />amended by the City Council as part <br />of the special use permit review. <br />(3) Businesses on proper- <br />ty adjacent to a residential district <br />may be open for loading or shipment <br />only between the hours of 7:00 AM <br />and 9:30 PM. <br />(4) Interior and exterior <br />lighted signs permitted to businesses <br />may operate during business hours <br />only. <br />Section 7.
