JUNK CARS, FURNI URE, HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS AND <br /> APPLIANCE STORED ON PUBLIC OR VA PROPERTY. <br /> It is unlawful a park or store any unlicensed, unregistered or inoperable motor vehicle lacking <br /> essential parts, ousehold furnishings or applian es,or parts or components thereof,on any property, <br /> public or priva ,unless housed within a laA ly erected building. Any violation of this Section <br /> is declared to e a nuisance and upon seven ays written notice to the owner, as shown by the <br /> records in the o ce of the County Auditor, of p 'nate premises on which such material is found,the <br /> City may remove the same and certify the cost of such removal as any other special assessment. <br /> For the purpose of this Section, an inoperable motor vehicle shall be defined as lacking, including <br /> but not limited to, parts essential to operation, such parts being wheels, tires, motor, drive train, <br /> battery,or havhig two or more flat tires,or having the interior, including the driver's position, used <br /> for storage in such a manner that no person can operate the vehicle. <br /> SECTION 9.5.15. MAINTENANCE OF PRIV TE PROPERTY. <br /> SUBD. 1. It is a duty of the owner of every vacant property and the owner and occupant of every <br /> occupied prope ty to maintain same in a neat,clean and presentable manner free of any junk,debris, <br /> refuse, litter,dead trees, or noxious weeds, andto remove all other public health or safety hazards <br /> therefrom. <br /> X SUBD. 2. Gras and Weeds.
