This application was reviewed as Zoning File #04-3017. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR— lA, One Family Lakeshore Residential <br /> District, which requires a minimum lot area of 2.0 acres. The applicant's <br /> property is 0.94 total acres in area. <br /> 3. The Plannin� Commission reviewed this application at a public heanng <br /> held on May 17, 2004 and recommended approval of the hardcover, lake <br /> setback, and street yard setback variances based on the following findin�s: <br /> a.
