Burn pile must be staked at burn site meeting the following: <br /> A. Small Brush Disposal Fires (> 2 Acre Lot Size) C. Prairie Management Burns <br /> - Minimum 75' from Buildings - 90 Day Permit <br /> -Minimum 50' from Lot Lines - Approved Prairie Management Companies <br /> - 8' Maximum Diameter,4' Maximum Height - Minimum 50' from Buildings <br /> - 60 Day Permit - Winds must be under 10-15 mph <br /> - Inspection is required before permit issuance - Notify the Fire Department before each <br /> -Notify the Fire Department before each burn burn <br /> - Inspections are required before permit <br /> issuance <br /> B.
