Laura, <br />As the owner and resident of 1153 Elmwood which is on the northern border of the undeveloped right <br />of way property, my opinion on the vacation is to support this request. This support is contingent on the <br />vacation resulting in the 20 ft right of way is split evenly between my property and the 1161 Elmwood <br />property.
