L. - Harsh <br />I,(Mg Lake, Minnesota <br />Dear Mr. Hursh: <br />The Town Board of the Town of Orono reported to me <br />a few days.-,." o that you had put a fence as a road block <br />across the 'town, road which runs northerly. and easterly off <br />of U.S. Highway No. 12 on the south shore of Long Take <br />The road is one leading to a cemetery. <br />The Town Board has asked me as'their attorney to <br />request:thdt you remove the fencing obstructing the road <br />immediately. The Town advises me that without question <br />it legally owns the road and has maintained the same for <br />many years. <br />.
