Our wetland map indicated there was an unclassified wetland on your <br /> property. We worked with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and they determined there is no <br /> wetland present. <br /> Your application is incomplete. The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your <br /> application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. The survey submitted with the application is dated 12-1-78. The survey <br /> submitted does not show any pre-existing decks Please provide 2 copies of an updated, full <br /> size certificate of survey which meets all of the City's survey standards (enclosed) indicating the <br /> location of the decks. <br /> 2. Hardcover Calculations. The property is located in Tier 2 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay <br /> District. Please have the surveyor prepare hardcover calculations showing existing hardcover. <br /> Attached is a copy of our hardcover information packet. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
