SPEC'S Page 2 of 5 <br /> [) M ECHANICAL/HEATING per contract and the following: <br /> • Relocate (1)warm air supply in floor(field verify final location) <br /> • Relocate central vacuum hose connection(re-use existing) <br /> All remaining mechanical/heating by OWNER <br /> PLUMBING per contract and the following: <br /> • Install new vanity sink&faucet,toilet&shower fixtures in 3/a bath. <br /> • Install shower faucet in existing master bedroom shower using existing connections. _ <br /> • Disconnect existing washing machine& dryer. <br /> • Install washing machine&dryer supplied by client using existing connections. <br /> [) ELECTRIC per contract: <br /> • ALL FIXTURES (UL listed),if on job site at electrical finish, are furnished by <br /> owner,installed by SAWHORSE. <br /> • SAWHORSE to supply&install recessed cans lights per contract. <br /> • Switch and outlets to be "IVORY" color. <br /> • CABLE TV and/or PHONE rough-ins are by owner. SAWHORSE will advise <br /> owner when to call for installation of the above items. <br /> • SECURITY panel not relocated. Motion sensors relocation, if required, by Client. <br /> • ALL electrical openings in exterior walls require an"air-tight"rough-in box. <br /> • No DOOR BELL BUTTON relocation is included in this contract. <br /> • No smoke detector is included in this contract,but may have to be added depending <br /> on condition of your detectors. <br /> • Electrical connections and devices to be removed as needed for remodeling. <br /> • Refeed electrical devices as needed. <br /> • Electrical disconnect of direct-wired appliance as needed. <br /> The following are electrical items included in your contract: <br /> 1 -circuit added for 3/bath. <br /> 1 - standard receptacles (wall duplex outlets) <br /> 1 - ground fault interrupter(GFI)receptacle <br /> 1 -weatherproof ground fault interrupter(GFI)receptacle <br /> 1 -standard light opening <br /> 2 -recessed light openings, Juno w/white trim,par 30 halogen bulb, (only the <br /> fixture over shower to have white baffle trim, acrylic lens for wet location) <br /> 1 -exterior light opening <br /> 5 - standard switches <br /> 3 -three way switches <br /> 1 -Nutone or Broan bath fan or bath fan/light with timer switches. <br /> Any changes to the above quantities will be charged or credited accordingly. <br /> Q <br /> INSULATION- <br /> Wall and floor insulation shall be R-21 friction fit fiberglass. <br /> • Ceiling insulation(over cubbies)shall be R-44 fiberglass batt if space allows. <br /> • Four mil poly vapor barrier over studs and rafters/trusses. <br />
