The purpose of the follow-up inspec ion is to determine that the <br /> violations or deficiencies observed on the previous ins ection have been <br /> corrected. Please notify the inspector, in writing, when the necessary corrections <br /> have been made. <br /> Within a few weeks following the initial inspection, you will be receiving formal, <br /> written orders from the State Fire Marshal Division. T e written orders are formal <br /> notification of the violations and deficiencies as discu sed and documented on <br /> the inspection-report. Failure to correct fire safety viol tions is a violation of state <br /> statute. <br /> Those items listed as 90 day corrective orders are eli ible for time extensions <br /> once there has been substantial compliance with the ther items AND a plan of <br /> correction has been developed and-submitted to the i spector responsible for <br /> conducting your inspection. In addition, there is a vari nce procedure provided <br /> by state statute.
