Documentation on file of all equivalences and modifications to code as <br /> required by UBC 105 and 106. <br /> 6. Maintain all records. <br /> 7. Issuance of certificate of occupancy with a copy informing the State <br /> Building Inspector when services are completed. <br /> b.
