In fact, it weakens all the zoning ordinances to allow that approach. <br /> I'd vote NO. <br /> 3. The subdivision of the Jundt's land is too bad, but if it falls in zoning parameters, I would think it OK if the <br /> developers pay the changes to the street and any utilitiy relocations or improvements.
