Per section 3(d)(2),there must be at least two feet of vertical separation between low openings of structures
and the 100 year high water elevation of stormwater BMPs. The proposed infiltration basin has a 100 year
high water elevation of 1012.35'and the existing metal garage has a first floor elevation of 1012.11'.
i. Please note that the agreement can be listed as required exhibit within the Letter of Conditional
Approval.
Additional Information:
Wetland Protection:
The Buffer provisions of the Wetland Protection rule are triggered when the Stormwater Management Rule Is
triggered for any wetland that Is within the property parcel that is downgradient of site disturbance. Per MCWD
permit 07-481,a 35-50 foot buffer has been declared to the parcel, therefore, no further exhibits are needed to fulfill
the rule requirements.
As we review your submittals,we may find the need to request additional information, and will so inform you.
Please be advised that MCWD will retain the application and supporting materials submitted for one year from the
date of this letter.
