DIVISION 1 <br /> GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> 01025-APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT <br /> 1. GENERAL <br /> A. Drawings and general provisions of Contract, including General and <br /> Supplementary Conditions and Division 1 Specification Sections apply to this <br /> Section. <br /> B. This Section specifies procedures for Contractors requesting progress <br /> payments. <br /> 2. SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br /> A. Schedule of Values shall be prepared and submitted, prior to the first request <br /> for payment. <br /> 1. Required form is AIA Document G702/CMa and G703. A computer- <br /> generated backup sheet may be used in lieu of G703 only, but must follow <br /> the same format. Upon request from the Architect, a sample will be made <br /> available. <br /> B. Organization of Schedule of Values shall generally follow the trade sections of <br /> the specification and shall be listed by section number, title and scheduled <br /> value in column indicated. Schedule of Values shall be broken down by <br /> individual project site. <br /> C. Reference Article 9 of General Conditions and Supplementary Conditions. <br /> 3. APPLICATION FOR MONTHLY PAYMENT <br /> A. Contractor may submit Applications for Payment on a monthly basis. <br /> 1. Each Application for Payment must be submitted directly to the <br /> Construction Manager for processing. <br /> 2..... Monthly,request.for..P payment shall be submitted by the,25th of the month. <br /> for pay period ending the last day of the preceding month. <br /> B. Each Application for Payment shall include the following: <br /> 1. Four copies of the Schedule of Values as previously submitted. Schedule <br /> of Values shall not be changed except by recording of Change Orders <br /> when approved. <br /> 2.
