Building has a 6,784 SF <br /> footprint with a 574 SF mezzanine. Dry system will supply sprinkler coverage to occupied <br /> areas and the attic above. <br /> Starting point will be the water service flange (6° diameter minimum) inside the building. At this <br /> location control equipment will be furnished and installed for a single zone dry-riser with air- <br /> compressor, backflow preventer, and Fire Department Connection. Weatherproof horn/strobe <br /> device will also be furnished, but installation shall be completed by others. <br /> Design: Occupancies will be determined per NFPA 13. Price is based on an adequate city <br /> water supply to support the fire sprinkler system design specified. <br /> Sprinkler Heads: Sprinkler coverage for areas with a finished ceiling are provided by semi- <br /> recessed pendant heads fed off pipe concealed above the ceiling. Areas without a finished <br /> ceiling will be protected by upright heads fed off exposed pipe. <br /> Materials: All piping will be steel; Sch.7 type will be used for grooved applications and Sch.30 <br /> will be used for threaded applications. All materials are in accordance with NFPA 13. <br /> Drawings, Permits. &Sales Tax: Design drawings are included and will be submitted to local <br /> Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for approval prior to installation. Applicable building <br /> permits and sales tax are included. <br /> Items NOT included in this proposal but reciuired for complete operational system: <br /> 1. Fire alarm or monitoring system <br /> 2. Electrical wiring <br /> 3.
