The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to <br /> inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must ( 3j <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to <br /> commencement of hauling from the site.The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning <br /> and repair of roadways for any adverse impacts. <br /> Prior to the release of the escrow funds a final inspection must be completed and all disturbed <br /> areas established with vegetation. Please note established vegetation means perennial cover <br /> with a density of 75%.
