�'` I ' <br /> °L�l��k=.:�� Ci.t o� ORONO <br /> d ; -�.��-+ �' <br /> • e ::: .'�i"'��Y>��.. <br /> P r"'•�. <br /> '�` =`�'�� ' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> }:, p�, � <br /> .,,.,.,, ��• ..� NO. 2230 <br /> • �. <br /> • � • • � <br /> A RESOLQTION APPROVING THS PLAT OF <br /> HIINTINGTON FARM SECOND ADDITION <br /> FILE I�70. 1136 <br /> WH$REAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WH$REAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and <br /> WH$R$AS, the City Council has considered the application for the <br /> subdivision of a replat of Outlot D, Huntington Farm by Richard Hassel , <br /> (hereinafter "the subdivider"); and <br /> WHER$AS, the subdivision involves the replat or redesignation of <br /> an outlot within the Rural Planned Residential Development (hereinafter <br /> "P.R.D." ) of Huntington Farm that would allow the 3.7 acre property to be <br /> developed as a residential unit. The plat would now consist of 10 <br /> � residential building pads requiring 50 acres of dry buildable lands. The <br /> property consists of a cumulative total of 57 acres of dry buildable lands. <br /> The pad is of a size and eonfiguration that will allow its use as a single <br /> family residence to be deveioped without the need of any variances per the <br /> Council approved setbacks (50 feet - rear and front, 30 feet - side) for <br /> the P.R.D., Huntington Farm; and <br /> WHSR$AS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> l. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 2176. <br /> 2. The subdivider has created additional covenants that will allow <br /> Lot 1, Block l, Huntington Farm Second Addition to partipate in the <br /> permanent maintenance of shared private improvements and to pay a <br /> specified percentage of the cost of the maintenance of the existing <br /> private road, Hunt Farm Road. � <br /> 3. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of <br /> $100. 00. <br /> 4. _Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat <br /> and covenant in the amount of $75.00. <br /> NOW, THER$FORE BB I� R$SOLV$D, that the City Council of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the plat of Huntington Farm Second Addition, <br /> • Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the condition that the aforesaid <br /> plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County <br /> Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before January 27, <br /> 1988 together with a certified original copy of this Resolution. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
