3) I would also like the ability to use this permit to get approval for a small retaining wall that will wrap from the outer edge of the garage and around to the front of the main structure to allow for proper landscaping and the ability to put in a paver patio between the garage and main structure. Can I use this same permit to accomplish all of that? If so, is it permissible to select two options under#3 (Accessory Bldg. / Garage AND Retaining Wall(s) 4-feet or greater)? Do I need to indicate the paver patio anywhere on this application? 4) Do I need to set up a separate escrow account for this project and supply another $2500 or will the one that was set up for the main structure also work to cover this addition/addendum? Do I have to treat this as a completely separate application or is it considered together or alongside the main house/cabin permit? 5) Can you have a look at pages 8-12 of the attached document(variance approval paperwork)to make sure that these drawings will suffice for the architectural drawings? I realize that the site survey is complete and correct so confident that we have that portion, more worried about how professional-looking the architectural drawings must be. The drawings here are accurate, its just that they are hand-drawn. Want to make sure that will work for a garage permit application? Hope you had a great holiday!
