Attached is a copy of the Notice of Council Action sent to the Dau's regarding the next steps. If the <br /> Dau's have any questions regarding the lot line rearrangement and easement vacation process they should contact City <br /> Planner, Mike Gaffron. <br /> Also attached is an updated escrow agreement combining the land use application with the building permit <br /> application.
