EXHIBIT "A" The Southerly 20 feet,of the following described property: That part of Lot 7, Block 10, Townsite of Langdon Park described as follows: Commencing at a point in the South line of said Lot 7 which is 56 feet East of the Southwest comer of said Lot; thence North parallel with the West line of.said lot, a distance of 104 feet; thence West at right angles a distance of 44 feet; thence North a distance of 46 feet; thence East at right angles a distance of 124 feet; thence South 150 feet to the South line of said lot, thence westerly 80 feet to place of beginning. Together with that part of the Northerly 43 feet of Northern Ave., vacated, described as beginning at the intersection of the East line of premises in question, with the Northerly line of Northern Ave., thence South on an extension south of said East line, to the South line of the Northerly 43 feet of Northern Ave., thence Southwesterly along said South line to the East line of the West 56 feet of said Lot 7, extended South, thence North along said East line to the South line of said Lot 7, thence Northeasterly along the South line of Lot 7 to point of beginning. Excepting therefrom, that part of premises lying within the West 12 feet of said Lot 7, and that part of premises, if any, lying within tract described in deed recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds as Document No. 2384030, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
