The survey has some very steep slopes(greater than 3:1) which cannot be maintained. The architectural plans <br /> show a retaining wall along the west side of the house, but the survey does not show it. The walls should call <br /> out the top of wall (TW) and bottom of wall (13W). <br /> 2.
