We look forward to meeting our new neighbors. <br /> As you are probably aware, we recently had a survey done of our property line and <br /> became aware, as a result of the delineation,that the cabin you built a few years ago is <br /> within the 10 foot setback required for such a building. We are anxious that any successor <br /> in interest be aware that the building is non-conforming and that its placement on your <br /> property but within the setback was not made with our consent. We would not approve <br /> any additions or repairs to the cabin that fall within the required setback. <br /> I am copying this letter to the City of Orono and your real estate agent,Ellen Phelps, in <br /> the expectation that she will inform your buyers of this situation. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this letter.
