Olson--MPGA License#810 <br /> 11481 Riverview Rd.NE, Hanover, MN 55341 <br /> (763) 498-8779,FAX(763) 498-8290 <br /> June 23,2007 <br /> Bruce Kienke (M0,140 CMY <br /> 541 North Stream Road <br /> Orono,Hennepin County <br /> Phone 952476-0002 <br /> This on-site sewage treatment system is designed for a Type 1,Five-bedroom home in accordance with the <br /> Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Chapter 7080 and local ordinances. <br /> The seasonally high water table was located at a depth of 62"-66"below grade.. <br /> The soils at a depth of 18"-24"have a percolation rate averaging 4 MPI. <br /> This system is designed as a trench system. <br /> The existing system does not meet chapter 7080.Therefore the existing system is non-compliant. <br /> The existing tanks and lift station may be used upon approval of the local inspector. <br /> All neighboring wells are greater than 100'away from the proposed treatment area. <br /> Keep all heavy equipment off of the proposed treatment areas before,durine and after construction. <br /> With proper installation and maintenance,this system should have no problem in treatment septic effluent <br /> effectively. <br /> Nothing other than gray water,(laundry,showers,ect.)human water&toilet tissue should be disposed of <br /> into the septic tanks. Garbage disposals are not recommended. Additives must not be used;they may cause <br /> harmful damage to your septic system.
