Practical Difficulties Statement <br /> Should you feel the practical difficulties cannot fully be described in the above criteria,describe the practical <br /> difficulties preventing compliance with Zoning Ordinance requirements in the following lines(attach additional <br /> sheets if necessary): <br /> Our practical difficulty stems from the location of our property. We are located in <br /> the corner of a bay, right next to a very small cove. Because of this, the house on <br /> the cove side sits back and impacts our allowances/set-backs. <br /> Our house sits very close to the highway. Even with the porch, all of our <br /> neighbors houses on both sides are much closer to the lake. We are much farther <br /> back from the lake than any of our neighbors. <br /> Every neighbor strongly supports our request for a variance. <br /> We appreciate your time and thank you for reviewing our request. <br />
