In reviewing <br /> city records, no building permit was issued on the porch. Marc Davis stopped work on the Deck <br /> when it was found to be under construction on 04-03-00. The footings and deck structure were <br /> complete with the exception of guardrails. On 05-22-0®a building permit was issued for the <br /> deck. The City had no further involvement until a final inspection was requested on 02-28-02. <br /> Due to snow cover the inspector was unable to do a complete inspection.
