They are <br /> requesting a rear yard setback for the principle structure of 24.8 feet where 30 feet in required; <br /> lot area and lot width variances are required.The existing home is nonconforming to 75' <br /> lakeyard setback and the average lakeshore setback,the applicant designed the home to meet <br /> these city standards which pushed the home further to the rear of the lot.The applicant is <br /> proposing to move the driveway access along Shadywood Road.
