Minimum front yard setback: 25 feet on internal streets within the RPUD site. On exterior or <br /> through streets a setback of 35 feet must be provided on local streets and a 50-foot setback on <br /> collector or arterial streets, as defined in the comprehensive plan. <br /> f. Minimum side yard setback:ten feet along interior lot lines; 15 feet on lot lines along the <br /> exterior of the RPUD site.
