To: City of Orono <br /> Petition to Halt Construction of Navarre Freshwater Condominiums <br /> Petition summary and A developer proposes building a multi-tenant condominium/apartment building adjacent to the Freshwater <br /> background Institute in Navarre (2520 Shadywood Road) (the "Project"). The Project involves 40 to 50 units, 4 stories high (5 <br /> stories-58' 8"—on the wetland side), with 84 to 100 parking spots.
