From what Alex <br /> showed us today, he assuaged our concerns for his apartment/condo project <br /> at Freshwater. We were impressed with the quality of the update of the <br /> Freshwater building. <br /> Regarding the proposed project, we definitely would prefer condos to <br /> apartments as owners obviously have a financial investment to protect.
