0 0 <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> S <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> `9$ESg04NO. 4 R 4 8 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the plat of Idyllvale Farm, Hennepin County, Minnesota (Copy of Plat is <br /> attached to this resolution as Exhibit A), subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The subdividers agree the City of Orono will not release the plat for filing until such <br /> time the MCWD permit is issued for the final wetland mitigation and acopy is on file <br /> with the City. Any future revisions to the Grading,Drainage&Erosion Control Plan <br /> must be approved by the City Engineer prior to release of final plat for filing. <br /> Erosion control shall be maintained over all disturbed areas until natural groundcover <br /> is restored, adhering to guidelines found in 'Best Management Practices for <br /> Protecting Water Quality in Urban Areas'. <br /> 2. No building permits for Lots 1 and 2 shall be issued prior to construction of the <br /> driveway and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> 3. No building permits for Lots 1 and 2 shall be issued prior to installation of fencing <br /> acceptable to the On-Site Systems Manager of the City of Orono. <br /> 4. Outlot B shall remain permanently undeveloped. <br /> 5. All easements,restrictions, covenants as referred to in Orono Resolution No. 4826 <br /> and this resolution shall be approved by the City Attorney prior to recording of the <br /> Plat. <br /> 6. Documentation of title to the property shall be submitted and accepted by the City <br /> Attorney prior to recording of the Plat. <br /> 7. All requirements of Resolution No.4826 and this resolution shall be completed prior <br /> to recording the plat. <br /> 8. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono «-ith either Hennepin County <br /> Recorder's Office or a Registrar of Titles' Office on or before February 12, 2003 <br /> together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies of <br /> easements, covenants, dedications, and agreements noted above. <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
