Tho <br /> homeowner Is responsible for the Water meter readings. <br /> The mitigation plan is if hydraulic overloading would occur,a timer could be Installed <br /> to reduce the amount of effluent pumped to the system and also by using the 1500 <br /> gallon pumping chamber allows the effluent to be stored during peak use and <br /> pumped to the system during low water use periods.
