Does the Planning Commission find that the conditional use permit, if granted, will <br /> not alter the essential character of the neighborhood? <br /> 2. Does the Commission find it necessary to impose conditions in order to mitigate the <br /> impacts created by the granting of the requested conditional use permit? <br /> 3. Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br /> Planning Staff Recommendation <br /> Planning Staff recommends approval of the conditional use permit with the following conditions: <br /> 1. City engineer and watershed district shall approve the erosion control plan. <br /> 2. The street swept daily, or as needed,to keep debris off of Casco Point Road. <br /> 3. The applicant must conform to the City's and MCWD's erosion control regulations. <br /> 4. Only clean fill to be imported to the site. <br /> 5. Conformance with the City Engineer's requirements at the time of the building permit. <br /> 6. Hauling shall occur during allowed construction hours only Monday through Friday 7 am <br /> to 8 pm (and between 8 am and 8 pm on weekends and holidays). <br /> 7.
