Based on the neighboring home locations,the home on the <br /> subject property is entirely lakeward of the average lakeshore setback line. <br /> The applicants have applied for an average lakeshore setback variance in order to conduct <br /> structural improvements to the upper level on the lake side of their home ahead of the average <br /> lakeshore setback line. The proposal includes construction of a 780 square foot expansion over <br /> the existing garage within the existing footprint of the home.
