We will not be removing any cattails during this project. I have <br /> discussed this with staff at both the MCWD and LMCD, and both organizations do not require any <br /> permitting. <br /> I will be submitting this project with the City of Orono, for a dock permit, and am including letters from both <br /> organizations stating no permitting is required. <br /> Is it possible to receive a confirmation letter from your group as well? <br /> I want to be as thorough as can be. I very much appreciate your help with this.
