Section 78-147 shall be amended by striking the text and leaving blank,as follows: <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Sec. 78-147.- .[Purposely Left Blank] <br /> 16 .. -- . . -• .. ' .. . . <br /> 17 guaranteeing completion of required site improvements. The amount of the security shall be 125 percent <br /> 19 SECTION 2. Section 86-68 shall be amended by adding text to read as follows: <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Sec. 86-68.-Permit application; information required. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 (b) (3)As-built survey. An as-built survey,prepared by a Minnesota Registered Land Surveyor, <br /> 24 shall be submitted to the city for review and approval upon the completion of all principal buildings and <br /> 25 all additions to principal buildings,unless exempted by the building official. The as-built survey shall <br /> 26 certify the final topography of the site; verify drainage patterns; and provide hardcover calculations for <br /> 27 lots in the Shoreland Overlay District.
