These comments should <br /> be addressed with the plans submitted for building permit. <br /> 1. Special care will need to be taken to ensure the plan does not direct water to the neighboring <br /> properties especially the one to the south. Will likely need a swale, drain tile or some other <br /> means of controlling the hardcover and surface water runoff. <br /> 2.
