c. This Agreement constitutes an amendment to the Contract for Deed referred to in this paragraph 7, to the extent that it subordi- nates said Contract for Deed to the Lien herein created and granted, and the parties hereto agree that any conveyance by: Contract Vendor of the premises described above shall be subject to said Lien for so long as the Loan is unpaid and outstanding. 8. This Agreement shall run with the aforementioned real estate andj shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, representatives, successors and assigns. Wherever used, the singular number shall include the plural, and the plural the singular. All covenants and agreements of the Borrower shall be joint and several. 9. In the event that any provision or clause of this Agreement shall conflict with applicable law, such conflict shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement which can be given effect without the conflicting provision, and to this end the provisions of the Agreement are declared to be severable.
