Legal Description: Section 6,Township 117N, Range 23W. The application was <br /> received on May 12th,2017. <br /> A wetland delineation was conducted by ISG on April 24th,2017.A complete delineation report and <br /> WCA application were submitted to MCWD on May 12th,2017. One wetland was delineated within <br /> the project area. Wetland A was identified as a Type 2,Fresh(Wet)Meadow wetland. Wetland A is <br /> adjacent to North Arm Bay of Lake Minnetonka,a Public Water. <br /> The boundaries were reviewed by MCWD staff on May 31St,2017. MCWD requested a change to the <br /> wetland delineation line based on site hydrology.An updated figure was submitted on June 2nd,2017. <br /> MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and types as delineated in the field and documented <br /> in the delineation report submitted May 12th, 2017 except for the wetland boundary figure <br /> which is superseded by the updated figure submitted on June 2nd, 2017.
