I'm happy to hear you are gearing up to start repairing John Roedel's slope. As we <br /> discussed I looked into the file and see that there are a few outstanding issues to be resolved — none of which will keep <br /> you from starting the repair work in accordance with your intended schedule. <br /> 1. John's signature on the CUP Resolution authorizing the repair. John should stop in to City offices when <br /> convenient and sign the documents. (Draft version attached) <br /> 2. Completion of the attached application. The box for"Land Alteration, Major"should be checked and the $30 <br /> application fee submitted as soon as is convenient. We won't require an additional escrow and will hold the <br /> current escrow though the duration of this project. The escrow will be held until inspection reports from a <br /> qualified third party are submitted. See page 3 item #4 of the attached resolution for requirement. <br /> 3. Submittal of a letter from Verdyl regarding the acceptability of the use of their product for this type of repair <br /> situation. See page 3 item #2 of the attached resolution. <br /> 4. Submitt�ra plantM� plan. The restoration plans as submitted and approved reflected a general planting plan. <br /> Detailed plans are required to be submitted for review and approval by the City.
