Co. recorded measurement of 97.67 ft <br /> plus 10 ft of vacated surface easement which would be 107.67 ft. or 2.03 ft plus a small additional due to <br /> the angles involved. <br /> This indicates a 2.++- foot the 4535 N.Shore Drive is on my property 4545 N.Shore Drive. I have <br /> measured from my original west stake plus 1/2 vacated fire lane to the 4535 N.Shore Dr.plus 1/2 vacated <br /> fire lane line and find it is approximately 3 feet past the property lime. In addition the Hennipen County <br /> Highway Dept.placed my Driveway at this point and had stated it is at the right location. <br /> A Surveying Co.will survey the 4545 N.Shore Drive property this week,hopefully 8-11-03 to 8-15-03 or <br /> the first part of the neid week 8-18-03.
