Based on the attached topographic map,the lowest floor level of the <br /> subject residence structure is approximately 936-938', or at least 3 feet higher than the RFPE. <br /> Therefore,the residence structure is within Flood Zone C. Only the portion of the lot at the shoreline <br /> located below the elevation 931.5' is in Zone A.
