Cardinal IG will <br /> send a technician to the jobsite today to verify if or if not the glass in question was <br /> labeled with a tempered seal. If the technician finds the seal, they will notify you and the <br /> builder immediately and mark the seal for your validation. If however, no seal is found, <br /> Scherer Brothers Lumber Company will replace the unlabeled glass with new tempered <br /> glass bearing the appropriate stamp. This process could take up to 10 days to turn and <br /> coordinate the replacement process. If the glass cannot be replaced prior to the builder's <br /> need for a Certificate of Occupancy, the builder will cover the glass in question with <br /> plywood prior to requesting the CO. <br /> Scherer Brothers Lumber Company will replace the unlabeled glass if necessary. <br /> Everyone involved in the process is appreciative of your willingness to work through this <br /> awkward and unusual situation.
