In <br />response, a City of Orono official inspected your property on June 11, 2015, which revealed violations of Orono City Code <br />Sections 58-1 Maintenance of Private Property, 78-1405(3) Fence Construction and 78-1577, Exterior Storage in the R <br />Districts. Your immediate attention to this matter is required. <br />The violations cited on the above premises are as follows: <br />1. Fence sections S. Miscellaneous junk and debris <br />2. Dimensional lumber 6. Boat, MN License 4900 KL, expiration 12/17 <br />3. Window next to pick-up camper 7. Boat, MN License 1566 JZ, expiration 12/15 <br />4. Location of campers <br />According to City Code: <br />• Section 78-1405(e), Fence Construction and Maintenance, fences shall be maintained and not become or remain in <br />disrepair or in a dangerous condition. Please repair the fence, store the fence sections in an enclosed structure or <br />remove the fence sections from the property. <br />• Sections 58-1 and 78-1577 the dimension lumber and window must be removed from the property or stored in an <br />enclosed structure. <br />• Section 78-1577(2) the campers must be stored at least 5 -feet from side and rear property lines. <br />• Section 78-329, the renting of private docks is prohibited. If the home is being rented the boat registration must <br />match the name on the rental agreement. <br />Please address the above before Monday, July 20, 2015. If additional time is necessary, that request must be received by <br />Tuesday, July 14, 2015. <br />I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference.
