The dock appears to cover approximately 6' of shoreline <br /> for the entire length of the dock which is approximately 96' long. The City considers the 929.4 <br /> � elevation to -be �he �dge�of.the lake and the lake etevation was recorded on the 14th to be <br /> 928.98. The placement of this dock is in violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 1Q.56, <br /> Subds. 16 (C-5); 16(F); and 16(L) <br /> The City must require you to bring your dock into compliance with City codes before October <br /> 17, 1994.
