The site improvements include the construction of a new home and associated grading. We <br /> have the following coirm�ents with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The proposed grading shown adjacent to both lake side corners of the home raise concerns. It <br /> appears the proposed walls at these locations should be reconfigured so that storm water will <br /> be contained on site and directed towards the lake and not onto the neighboring properties. <br /> • The plans show existing retaining walls in the county right-of-way.
