(33.0%)hardcover in the 75-250'lakeshore setback where 4,96�.4 s.f.(30.8%)hardcover <br /> erists and 3,706.5 s.f. (2�%)is allo�ved to permit construction of an attached garage and foyer to the <br /> e�istin�residence; and <br /> `VHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> �Tinnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Cornmission held a public hearing on October 21, 2002, at which time all persons desiring to be <br /> heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NO�V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> l�Sinnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application�vas reviewed as Zoning File#02-2841. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B Zoning District,where 1 acre is the minimum <br /> required lot area. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on October 21,2002 and <br /> recommended approval of the proposed variance based upon the following findin�s: <br /> A.
