We generally require proof of recording prior to issuing a permit, but since you are only being <br /> required to amend an existing declaration to add a legible site plan and buffer signs, I am issuing the permit with a <br /> condition that proof of recording be provided prior to January 6th.A copy of the permit and declaration amendment is <br /> attached and hard copies will be sent to you in the mail.To have it recorded bring two copies of the amendment to <br /> Hennepin County and have them stamp the extra copy which you can then scan and email to me. <br /> Wetland buffer signs may be purchased at our office for$2/sign and should be mounted on metal fence posts.
