Lake Blvd <br /> Builder Representative Name: <br /> Permit Conditions: Initials <br /> **NOTE CHANGE** Before scheduling an exterior insulation and/or drain tile inspection, a <br /> foundation as-built survey must be submitted and approved by the City or a Stop Work order will be LD <br /> issued. <br /> Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. <br /> L2 <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land disturbing <br /> activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must remain <br /> until vegetation has been established. ( <br /> A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to <br /> commencement of hauling from the site. The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning and 1 �i <br /> repair of roadways for any adverse impacts. �—�1 <br /> The retaining wall at the southeast corner of the proposed home is depicted at exactly 4 feet. <br /> Should the retaining wall exceed 4 feet in height a zoning permit is required to be submitted and <br /> approved prior to construction. A design signed by a licensed engineer will be required to be <br /> submitted with the zoning permit application. <br /> No underground sewer within 20 feet of well. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and hardcover calculations must <br /> be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions (which prevent the <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey) a Temporary Certificate of <br /> Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary.
